• Manage Product Specification documents for all of the plant's products: - Get cooking recipes from R&D and create more presentable documents and procedures for the Kitchen department to follow. Documents which are often reviewed by USDA inspectors. - Get product information from Sales and R&D, to create documents and procedures for the Packing department to follow, such as: what materials to gather, how to palletize, where to place batch and use by on product, and instructions on how to prepare meals.• Create case labels for all products.• Formulate Ingredient Statements.• Verify product labels shipped to the company have correct information.• Create forms and spreadsheets that assist the Quality Assurance Technicians with their tasks.• Help manage warehouse inventory spreadsheet.• Work with the Food Safety Manager in preparing the plant for SQF audits.• I am the main person to go to for any computer issues an employee may have.
