Intern at The McGehrin GroupResponsibilities include: • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet client needs.• Network and cold call to develop sales leads. • Develop candidate interest for available positions and client companies.• Proactively identify top candidates by utilizing online databases, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and cold calling.• Review applicant credentials, assess qualified candidates, and partner with account managers and associate recruiters to determine interview requirements.
