As a Correctional Officer, my primary goal is the safety of every person that enters the compound. De-escalation, collaborative communication, and situational planning are my primary objectives on a day-to-day basis. Transformation of character in-order ease the transition from institution to community, is a clear front runner for our main objective.

As an a Assistant Store Manger, my duty to the company does not end when I leave the building. I manage multiple areas throughout the store. My responsibilities includes: Transitional changes, associate relations, scheduling, event planning, growth of the company, managing my business, adjusting to external events, etc.

As a Service Manager, I handle the work environment and services that occur on a day-to-day basis. Through training associates, I work to ensure we have an accident free shop and operate at the highest level. Through tracking goals, our Auto Care Center has achieved the "Best in Market" award two times, and are looking for two more in the next year. We strive for constant improvement and have an amazing team. Each person holds themselves accountable for success, while working together as a unit. I am looking forward to see the future progress of our Auto Care Center.

Delivering the fastest service, but not sacrificing accuracy. As a veteran of our Auto Care Center, I would lead other technicians in the proper procedures and policies. I enjoy arriving at work and energizing the atmosphere, in-order to have a cohesive work environment. I always am searching for the better way to accomplish the task at hand. I would seek out advice from a more experienced technicians', If I couldn't come up with the answer.

This will always be my first love. Interacting with customers in-order to deduct what their needs are, and how we were going to be able to fulfill these areas. I needed strong communication skills, as well as patience. I had to listen to the customers requests and deliver the information, accurately, to the technicians. I Attained knowledge in the automotive field and suggested services, accordingly.

My goal is to develop and coordinate the sales efforts of Proper Channel.
