I work with our team and industry partners to provide unique and skilled litigation that I wholeheartedly believe in.At Foster & Foster, we specialize in actuarial consulting for retirement and health & welfare plans for clients specific to their individual needs. We currently serve over 300 public pension plans from across the country, covering both local and state-wide systems. Our retirement consulting team consists of over 35 staff members, including 20 credentialed actuaries, eight of whom are Fellows in the Society of Actuaries. We partner with organizations to provide quality health care benefits while controlling the cost. We do this through a strategic approach that addresses the causes behind health care cost increases in order to control premiums rather than pass costs on to employees. We have NEVER been terminated by any client due to the quality or performance of our work and we have NEVER had a credentialed actuary voluntarily leave to go work for another actuarial firm!
