Jonathan has been a member of the Dexus Funds Management team since 2011 and is the Head of Joint Ventures and Partnerships. He is directly responsible as Fund Manager for two unlisted funds with circa $5 billion of funds under management, together with oversight of five other joint ventures. ​Jonathan has also previously held several other Fund Manager roles within Dexus including of Australian Diversified Mandate, Dexus Industrial Trust Australia (DITA) and Australian Industrial Partnership (AIP). Prior to that, Jonathan had a dedicated focus on the Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF), holding positions including Assistant Fund Manager, Portfolio Manager and Acting Fund Manager. ​Within his directly managed funds, Jonathan is responsible for establishing the strategy, liaison with investors, implementation of asset plans and development activities, together with driving the overall performance.​He has held various management roles in strategy, capital transactions, finance and accounting with over 20 years’ experience gained in organisations such as Stockland, Citigroup Investment Banking, KMPG and Challenger across offices in Sydney, Perth, London, New York and Jakarta. ​Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment, together with being a Chartered Accountant. He is actively involved in the property industry is a current member of the Unlisted Funds Forum within the Property Council of Australia. He has previously been a Council Member of the Victorian Divisional Council and lectured on Funds Management for the Property Investment Finance Course.
