Led a small, multi-disciplined team in the design, development, testing, and delivery of educational chemistry games for the award-winning Collisions: Play Chemistry app (iOS, Android, WebGL). Created and oversaw full-cycle project plans for each game using the Google Suite and JIRA, proactively assessing and mitigating risks, leading QA efforts and managing releases.Occasionally picked up UX design duties for new, non-gameplay features, as well as organized, moderated, and sythesized data gathered from user studies.Games released:- Acids & Bases (March 2017)- Collisions: Ionic Bonding for BrainPOP's GameUP (June 2017)- Intermolecular Forces (August 2017)- Phase Change (March 2018)

Led two large feature development teams, as well as served as the project manager for the live release team. My teams developed and released features for High 5 Games' app-store-topping social casinos: High 5 Casino (Facebook, iOS, Android, Amazon) and Shake the Sky (Facebook, iOS, Android). I led these teams through the planning, sprint, review, retrospective and release phases alongside several product owners. Throughout these initiatives, I managed software engineers of several different skill sets and cultures, as well as technical artists and QA/QC testers.Toward the tail end of my time at H5G, led another large team in the development of the studio's wave of next-gen social casinos, the first of which launched in late 2016: High 5 Vegas (iOS, Android).

Helped the Madden 15 presentation team complete smoke tests, regression tests, and proof-of-concept tests on pre-integration builds for Madden 15. My sign-offs (or non-sign-offs) directly affected what features or bug fixes were integrated to the game's master branch. To do this, I communicated with several engineers on a daily basis to form quality test plans. I also wrote, edited and maintained several defect reports and test plans using DevTrack and Hansoft.

As a user experience researcher at Full Sail's User Experience Center, funded by Wargaming.net, I conducted usability studies for several game industry clients like Wargaming.net, Klei Entertainment, Uber Entertainment and several others. For these projects, I helped gather client requirements for tests, recruited participants, designed experiments, organized and moderated research sessions, gathered and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data, and wrote and edited final reports. I also collaborated with the user experience team to further enhance our research techniques and processes.
