I believe that no task is too difficult if you have the proper plan in place to complete it. I've been able to apply critical skills in my job function to make noticeable improvements at every location I have worked at in my 8+ years as a Cargill Employee. I live by the 5 P's...Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance and I instill this philosophy in my direct reports because I believe in this philosophy as it has truly been beneficial in my success here at Cargill. My ultimate goal is to create a streamline system or process that is seamless from Plant Manager to Production employee in order to promote a more efficient and effective business operation. A system where everyone involved in it will be subject matter experts on the processes and policy that guide our business therefore increasing the flexibility and value of my team members. Also, benchmarking others to get them in position to do more in their careers as well. I motivate through actions and not words because it engages my team and sparks their desire to follow suite.
