Additionally, I created a sophisticated ROI calculator, empowering users with an accurate tool to assess their investment returns.

Originally employed as a graphic designer, I quickly excelled in my role and was promoted to Head of Design within three months of being at the company. In this position I have full oversight of all graphic work undertaken in the company, from social media graphics and videos, to email marketing templates to website design and creation. Maratopia is a small, closely-knit team, and as such I work closely with the Head of Development on all our website projects, filling in as a front-end developer on most projects to ensure the build standard is sufficient. I am well-versed in the standard Adobe suite, primarily using Adobe XD to create website mock ups and prototypes. I have also developed the requisite skills to build websites in WordPress and Shopify, and have become familiar with HTML, CSS and basic java to ensure that our website builds are successfully delivered on time and in full. I have also helped to develop a thorough UX & CRO offering within the business, providing services to already established websites as well as new build projects developed by the agency.

Working as part of the marketing team, I have to manage the workflow of incoming graphic requests across the company, and work on a wide variety of projects.These include: constantly designing new and improved company websites, photographing and videoing products and editing the material to be used in print and online, in multiple forms; designing and creating company brochures across our product ranges within each brand; designing and creating content for each of our social media channels, for each of our different brands; creating corporate guideline documentation; as well as general website asset creation and other day to day graphic assets.These tasks require close attention to detail, as well as the ability to interpret data and analytical information to lead design decisions.
