Overseeing a team responsible for property service charge audits in APAC and EMEA. Providing lease administration, subtenant management and supporting clients with a helpdesk for day to day landlord and subtenant property maintenance requests and invoice matters.Overseeing in country and global teams, located in several Portfolio Service Centers of Excellence across the globe, coordinating closely with clients real estate departments, facilities and broker transaction teams. On behalf of our clients we’re the single point of contact for landlords, subtenants and facility providers.We process massive amounts of rents, abstract property and lease documents, collect aging and maintain the database.
