I handle Property matters including Conveyancing, Residential Sales and Purchases, Due Diligence reporting, Leasehold Agreements, Refinancing, Occupation Licenses and Long Term Agreements, as well as Estate Administration and Relationship Property.I have efficiently and satisfactorily settled 90+ residential property and refinance transactions in the past 3 years.I also assist with Public Works Compensation, Family Law, Sale and Purchases of Businesses, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Trust matters.

Role:I play rhythm and lead guitar (Acoustic/Electric) as well as sing backup vocals for Sunday morning services, worship nights, social events and fairs. Role:I assisted with stock and volunteer co-ordination for the Big Heart Appeal 2021 namely in organising volunteers, groups and area co-ordinators for the street colection. I also contacted Members of Parliament and Corporates in order to register them to fundraise and collect for the appeal.Learnings:I obtained skills in using the CERVIS volunteering software as well as Unity4.I learned how to communicate with volunteers via phone calls and email.I learned how to handle administrative affairs including database analysis and organization.I adapted to working with others as a team as well as taking ownership of specific tasks on my own.

Role:Student Buddy for students affected by the Coronavirus travel ban. Checking up on students abroad and assisting them with queries with their study plans with the University.Learnings:I obtained skills in using Oracle Service cloud and Amazon Connect.I learned how to think laterally and on my feet in order to answer and solve student’s queries and worries.I learned how to support students with empathy and encouragement
