-Operating and maintaining any on board machinery including, but not limited to Main Engines, Generators, Auxiliary Engines, Deck Machines, Pumps and piping-In constant communication with Captain and Port Engineer about abnormalities/malfunctioning equipment-Oversees and logs any bunkering of Fuel, Lube oil, and other fluids needed on board-Performs planned maintenace items outlined within company guidelines-Participates in any drills, training, exercises, and inspections-Communicates with proper parties to ensure supplies are ordered/received when needed
