Client Implementation: Overall management of daily client management and processes
•Manage client data for setup purposes
• Communicate with various clients daily via phone and email•Set and meet deadlines
• Transfer data from previously completed condo questionnaires into our system
• Hold conference calls and webinar meetings with clients (current, new and prospective) to discuss key elements of account setup
• Draft pricing models based on market analysis and present to clients for approval/modification
• Extensive analysis of market data
• Gather and present account performance data, and trends within target markets
• Occasionally assist Community Management Support department with various tasks, calls, or meetings
• Discuss resolutions and improvements regarding our software with Director of Product Development
• Coordinate group efforts when necessary to on-board larger clients quickly
• Work closely with sales team including national travel to meet new, current, and prospective clients
• Frequent overtime to ensure clients’ desired start date met
