As the Director of CTEC High School, I work to provide students with a non-traditional educational environment that connects them to relevant industries and provides them an opportunity to impact their community. I believe education must address the whole student, and at CTEC, we have created a culture where students believe in themselves, care for their peers, pursue excellence, and impact their world. My team and I have worked with Fresno City College to create a dual enrollment program that offers students, at the end of their four years, an Associate's degree. Through industry partnerships, we have established an avenue for students to engage with industry leaders, learn skills, participate in internships and be pursued for employment.
