Battery Commander - responsible for the command and control of a Artillery UAS Battery. Key responsibilities include planning and tactical operation of UAS assets, formulating and delivering mission specific tasks to personnel, disciplinary procedures, equipment scales management, liaison throughout the chain of command, career planning and development progression of personnel under command and the delivering correctly trained personnel to operations.

Liaison and briefing to senior / executive level for all matters pertaining to the effective operation and training of the unit.

Developing and maintaining business opportunities and sales to the European Defence markets and Global Marine / Naval markets. Primary product focus is with respect to personal protective equipment, ancillaries and survival aids for special forces.

Delivering NVQ level 3/4 leadership and management qualifications to mid to senior level management in both private and public industry including, for example, NHS and Welsh Assembly Government.Qualified NVQ Assessor.
