My goal is to help clients achieve outstanding litigation outcomes through both trial and appeal. I have litigated in a broad range of areas, including environmental disasters and oil spills, government claims and administrative actions, and disputes involving antitrust, contracts, and intellectual property. I am an ardent fan of both innovation and history. In 2017 I led a team of colleagues in winning the firm’s Innovation Challenge, for developing “Campsite,” a Sharepoint based project collaboration platform, which we still use today. In 2022 I began publishing a series of articles called The World on Trial: Lessons for Litigators from the Second World War.
