I am currently the OEM Account Manager at SAF-Holland responsible for directly supporting the Paccar OEM business in North America, and also providing support to Paccar Parts Aftermarket division. I work closely with my internal cross functional team to ensure we are consistently providing an excellent customer experience to Paccar, it's North American divisions (Kenworth, Peterbilt, KenMex, Paccar Canada), as well as it's many dealer, fleet and end customers across North America. Paccar is one of our largest customers globally, so ensuring our internal operations, supply chain, quality and customer service teams are aligned with Paccar's expectations is critical to SAF-Holland's overall success. I previously worked as an OEM Account Manager for Cummins Filtration. I managed the OE first fit and OE service business, as well as the aftermarket business with several key accounts in the off-highway segment including agriculture, construction, mining, material handling and power generation OEMs. I was responsible for account management and business development for the OE business channel for the accounts I managed. In addition to the OE responsibilities I had over my accounts, I was responsible for managing the aftermarket programs for two key OEM's (Case New Holland & Komatsu). This included working to employ a sales strategy in the aftermarket to drive growth, improve awareness, and increase market share. I also worked with regional sales managers to ensure that the company dealers and end users expectations are met.My previous work experience also included working as OEM Account Manager with Nelson Global Products. I managed a number of customers across multiple market segments including military, industrial, material handling, and power generation. I am actively involved in officiating and coaching of youth, high school and college sports. I am an NCAA and WIAA certified basketball official and have been officiating high school basketball for 10 years and college basketball for three years. I also coach youth girls softball in my home community.I attended college and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where I earned my bachelor business administration degree in Marketing. I was a member of the football team at UW-Oshkosh from 2005-2008 and a member of the track and field team in 2006.
