CurrentSenior Software Engineer working in the support arm of Boomi in a customer-facing role.I'd like to know why your process or connector isn't working, so I'll take a deep drive through your logs to find the why. If the logs don't help, I'll be setting up an environment to replicate the issue and work through it there without the worry of breaking your production environment. It may be an FTP connection, it could be that SalesForce instance; I'll set it up and work it out. Calling on my experience working as a DBA I especially enjoy looking at those connections to databases and working through issues setting up connections. Occasionally suggesting a workaround for that query that won't run. Trying to help you on a path to implement some best practice processes and ideas, it shouldn't be a surprise what a little ITIL framework can do, never thought I'd enjoy a little change management and governance, but it really does help.
