Foremost - Day-to-day running of Managed Print Services, within Pearson/FT/Penguin Random House (PRH), along with assisting smaller unmanned sites that Pearson and PRH have under their portfolio umbrella.Back office duties involving troubleshooting both live jobs through customer IT help desk, and print project work for both Pearson and PRH, with on-time Billing to Xerox, subsequently aiding automated Billing to synergy through XSM and XDM management portals, and also heavily involved in customer liaison and training with Xerox RTS team and onsite customer project managers and EUC teams.Would describe myself as a self-motivated, focus-driven individual, more akin to project work, though equally at home in teamwork and customer-facing environments.

Responsible for: Stock Control, Asset Management, uploading and maintaining printer maps for customer and back office usage, general print governance (once agreed with project leaders and team heads), Billing, Documentation of site policy (in all forms, including site H&S, Insurance, customer training slides and relevant cloud or per-user based advice and POS assistance), providing quick concise and technical information to best remedy end-user and project queries.Special projects in the last 18 months, have included supporting PRH Implementation and Transition/Device upgrading/Helpdesk training and support/extra duties involving group session user training, where I'd place a large POS stand near a newly laid-out area, and provide teams with at-a-glance materials, and also give them 1:1 advice at device of how to best use their equipment, and also try to reduce down the jargon.
