As a Car and Equipment Specialist in the Asset Finance Banking Team at CBA, I am part of a team that provides market leading car and equipment finance solutions that help our business clients manage their working capital and access the income producing equipment they need to be successful. I provide sales and service support to internal and external customers who would like to finance new and used passenger cars, light commercials and assets such as trucks & forklifts that are utilised for business purposes.

Part of the Sydney Home Loan Retention team in Direct Lending. This is first team the customer speaks to if: 1.They have lodged a discharge 2. Submitted a request to review existing HL rates3 They have an existing Fixed Rate Loan (s) and it’s expiring within 2 weeks My role was to have a needs based conversations to discover customers financial needs; Thereafter, I'd make an informed decision to make an assessment on their existing lending products and when applicable refer them to a lender for a detailed Mortgage Lending discussion. I was responsible for reducing Mortgage Lending attrition and using the pricing tool and along with the various other tools to satisfy key customer needs.
