I serve as Chief of Staff at Early Learning Indiana (ELI). ELI provides leadership, advocacy, and early childhood education services to continually improve the early learning landscape in Indiana. Prior to joining ELI, I served on the executive team of a national non-profit as Chief Talent Officer overseeing every aspect of the employee experience—from recruiting to payroll and benefits to employee relations and professional development. These roles come after more than a decade in both private and public sector leadership advisory positions in Washington, DC. I served as Vice President at FaegreBD Consulting—a national advisory and advocacy government relations firm—where I developed and executed strategies that advanced the legislative, regulatory, and business interests of clients, representing client interests through a network of federal agency, Congressional, and third-party stakeholders. At the same time, I served as Executive Director of the Indiana Forum, which is a group of more than 50 corporate government affairs professionals with Indiana business interests.Prior to FaegreBD, I served as legislative aide to a senior member of the U.S. House of Representatives, providing counsel on a broad range of legislative issues, including education, economic development, small business, and international relations.
