Currently working as the HR Manager at Antony Hodari Solicitors,Passionate about people, I'm an HR professional with a sound understanding of employment law, processes and procedures.Having advised 1000's of SME's on their employment issues whilst at Peninsula, I then spent circa 9 years at the British Medical Association. This role meant understanding complex nationally agreed terms and conditions of service and helping BMA members and their NHS employers to implement organisational change, resolve disputes and harmonise working practices, within a heavily regulated and unionised environment. In my current role I have been lucky enough to be able to directly influence strategic direction. Antony Hodari has more than doubled in size since I began working here, and we continue to grow. I am responsible for the full employee life cycle and point of contact for staff and key stakeholders in respect of HR issues.
