Previously: Marketing Analyst at Live Nation Entertainment, examining all House of Blues venue’s social and email marketing data trends to provide insightful reports and recommendations on media campaign effectiveness on fan engagement behavior. As part of this role, I foster collaborations with interdisciplinary teams to develop monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc reporting on targeted campaigns and fan profiling to inform future business decisions. Previously, I was a Business Analyst at Red Bull North America, analyzing account volume and product distribution trends at On Premise locations (bars, clubs, hotels, and restaurants) to evaluate and provide recommendations on productivity practices. As part of this past role, I also have experience with coordinating mobile application user acceptance testing and quality assurance projects. I have developed and presented detailed analyses and recommendations to a variety of management-level stakeholders, for current business practice evaluation and future planning – utilizing mixed data methodologies, which examined campaign engagement, consumer behavior and ticket revenue analysis. My technical strengths include business intelligence data visualizations, Google and Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL. I am seeking opportunities where I can leverage my skills and experience in consumer goods at Red Bull, as well as my time spent in live entertainment/email marketing at Live Nation.
