As an assistant manager, I was responsible for accomplishing the daily tasks set forth from corporate. This required time management skills ensuring all jobs were promptly completed. Personnel management skills in assuring that I handled all customer's problems or complaints in a reasonable and professional manager. I was also responsible for the opening and closing of the store. The significant tasks of opening and closing were to ensure the accountability of the funds. This position also assigned responsibility to me for maintaining all store standards, including recovery and appearance of the store, interaction with customers, and handling of employees.

As a sales associate for Tuesday Morning, I was tasked with maintaining and improving the store appearance. This included recovery of the store wherein I would return misplaced merchandise to its correct department. I also make sure that the general appearance of each department was up to store standards. Any tasks assigned to me I completed to the best of my ability and in a timely manner. I also ran the cash register which included processing transactions and making sure that my cash drawer was always correct when counting down at the end of my shift.
