-Operate small family farm (one of the most diversified small scale farms in Nebraska)-Raise annuals, perennials and livestock-Providing food, fuel, fibers, and medicines for the local community-50 family CSA membership program-Developing a missionary training center and replicable model for the world and city

-Founder of the organization for agricultural mission – hospitality, education, and benevolence-Pastor to the people; shepherd to the livestock; steward of the land-Run 12-week internship program that equips people to go onto the mission field with hands on skills and problem solving abilities to come up with solutions for problems for a variety of agricultural contexts-Host 3-day workshops on things like: soil, plant propagation and food production, terraforming, natural building and community development-Training, equipping and installing community gardens in North Omaha. -Educate local community in organic farming and agricultural mission through internship program, workshops, etc.-Continue to work with community of Santa Martha de Loma Azul, Nicaragua, where we brought community, government and other NGO’s together to install a large water, sanitation, and education project for over 100 households; and many other education demonstrations and installations from fish, to gardens, water catchment systems, composting toilets, stoves, etc.

As Missions Pastor --Organize, facilitate, and lead team on missions trips-Work with and coordinate with Water For People, the local Nicaraguan government and community of Santa Martha, Nicaragua on implementing a water/sanitation project for over 100 homes-Organize missions teams for pastors conferences, VBS’s, construction and garden teams, community outreach teams and medical teams-Train and educate the coffee farmers of Santa Martha on design and healthy harvest of air, water, soil, sun, people-Work with Abide Network on reaching the inner city of Omaha by rebuilding 2 homes -Develop, lead and run internship program with missionary apprentices and interns-Create curriculum and language for the church to understand the purpose of the church and her mission; teach the curriculumAs Campus Pastor-Started and ran satellite campus-Oversaw and directed a staff off our people at the campus-Encouraged leaders and met with/counsel individuals, families, etc.-Facilitated community life and community events-Developed, trained and equipped leaders-Led with vision to reach the unreached-Worked with directors from all 3 church campuses to align strategy and communication-Preached live at Elkhorn campus monthly-Led mission trips toNicaragua-Envisioned and implement missions strategy for all 3 church campuses-Networked with other churches and para-church organizations within the Omaha area-Encouraged and helped missionaries supported byWestsideChurch -Oversaw and directed Missions Committee-Planned and directed budgets for both Elkhorn campus and Missions -Facilitated missions projects and short-term trips

-Aided WEGO Ministries through crisis by creating and starting coffee company to support WEGO and orphanage-Led mission trip to coffee farms and orphanage in Nicaragua -Created marketing and business plan for business-Wrote all information for publicity-Sold and distributed coffee-Made videos for promotion and awareness

-Mentored and developed youth pastor-Mentored and developed youth leadership team-Promoted, strategized, organized and ran youth nights-Taught and encouraged youth

-Directed and counseled 40 homeless clients with emotional and addictive disorders through life-changing processes & circumstances-Assisted clients with their personal plans, financial responsibilities, educational and vocational pursuits, medical needs, etc.-Acted as liaison between clients, agencies and ministries-Managed men’s ministry building & held many other responsibilities
