I am leading a team of Compliance Analysts in researching and reporting on actions undertaken by G7 members in respect to the Macroeconomics: Price and Fiscal stability commitment area.

I am a compliance analyst for the University of Toronto's G7 Research Group for the 2023-24 Hiroshima Cycle, in which I analyze the compliance of countries according to their commitments towards improving Gender Equality in Labour Markets. My specific members of analysis are Japan and the European Union. I am researching and compiling the actions of these members into a report along with my analysis of whether or not they have complied with their commitments on a Pass/Adequate/Fail scale. My findings will be released as part of the final report in May 2023.

I serve as the Speaker and Chair for the governing bodies of the undergraduate student union of McGill University - the Students' Society of McGill University. In my role, I work with the dais team to facilitate the meetings of the governing bodies through interpretation and application of the governing documents of the Society. As these bodies meet on a weekly basis, I also chair the Steering Committees which set the agenda for the meetings, proofreads the motions, and provide feedback to those interested in presenting motions.

In my role as Deputy Electoral Officer, I worked alongside the Chief Electoral Officer and Governance Manager to organize and set timelines for student elections and referenda for all undergraduate students at McGill University. I was specifically tasked with maintaining and improving the social media presence of Elections SSMU and increasing both student engagement and voter turnout.As a result, in both elections cycles I was in my role, Elections SSMU saw a large improvement in voter turnout, with all elections meeting the quorum needed to take effect.

In my role, I planned and implemented programming for and care of over 300 campers from ages 6-13 overnight on the Toronto Islands. I also deescalated conflicts and created educational opportunities to promote equity and cross-cultural understanding. Additionally, I provided fast responses to crisis situations at all hours and ensured camper cleanliness and orderliness through teamwork with fellow instructors

In my role as Chief of Operations for Canada's largest university level Model United Nations conference, I managed a budget of $25,000 and negotiated contracts with several vendors for audio/visual equipment, printing services, and other miscellany. I also oversaw a team of 4 Operations Coordinators and 8 Resource Staffers, their training, and contributions towards my overall operations visionFollowing the return to an in-person format, we achieved a Gold sustainability certification for our conference from the McGill Office of Sustainability for the first time in our history. In order to achieve this, I also oversaw the creation and work of the first Sustainability and Accessibility coordinator in conference history, towards the improvement of accessibility for our conference. I was also responsible for the planning of the logistical details of our conference for 1200 delegates and 250 staffers, in all aspects from room allocation to scheduling
