I was born and University educated in the UK. In 2000 we made the move to live in New Zealand to raise our family and have been fortunate to live in Queenstown, Auckland and Wellington over the past 20 years.I have been employed by some of New Zealand's largest Property Companies in various Property Management / Consultant roles and have experience working for both large corporates and local authorities.I have an extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of property asset management, including lease negotiation, arrears management, assignments, acquisitions, disposals and developments. This has been gained in all property asset classes, particularly retail property and shopping centre developments.

- Set and managed NZ$12 million operating expense budget, undertook contract negotiation, capital expense analysis and maintenance fund reports.
