We continued our relationship with The Restaurant Group, and developed the on-airport restaurant and bar design business, including Giraffe Restaurants at Heathrow's T1 and T5, and in T1 Manchester Airport. At Gatwick we designed the Frankie & Benny's on South Terminal, and the Garfunkels on North Terminal. At Bournemouth Airport we designed the Joe's Cafe, an all-day coffee shop concept.

Carmona Dover was an architectural and interiors group with major clients in the hospitality sector, including Imperial Inns and Taverns, Ladbrokes Casinos, Garfunkels plc, Thistle Hotels and Rank Leisure. Jon Dover teamed up with architect Raf Carmona , creating this dynamic young practice and breaking new ground in hospitality design
