Supporting Oldham Council to deliver major co-operative change projects that benefit people across the borough. Specialising in public service innovation, co-operative and collaborative approaches to service delivery, and connecting unusual suspects to make great things happen. I’m passionate about turning policy into positive action that directly impacts.

My role involved delivering key areas of Oldham Council’s policy agenda, across themes including: Alternative Service Delivery Models, Community Reward Schemes, Behaviour Change Initiatives, Connected Localism and Co-operative Pilots.Key Achievement: Developed and delivered a nationally recognised energy switching campaign that has secured over £1 million.

A National Management trainee on one of the top 100 graduate programmes in the UK, I had responsibility for delivering programmes of work across Environmental Regeneration; Heritage and Arts and Environmental Policy. Key Achievement:Worked with a network of 15 European partners aiming to develop a common approach to transforming abandoned or closed.

After graduation I secured a position on Majestic Wine’s Graduate Programme, a leading national by-the-case wine retailer. During my time on the programme I gained an in-depth insight into the wine trade; built and cultivated key relationships with customers; hosted customer tasting events and maximised sales opportunities.Key Achievement: Consistently.
