Welcome and I am glad you stopped by the page! My careers have always included golf and I love the game. It has been a staple in my life since the age of 4 and taught me many valuable lessons. I attribute my passion in the game to my grandfather, Richard Dudley. He began playing golf when he was 10 years old and his love of the game carried beyond him. Today, his sons, daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren are still playing golf. Until his death at age 87 he played golf three times a week and started breaking his age at age 67. He was always determined to play the game even after two hip surgeries, pneumonia, and lung cancer. He performed simple exercises daily with my Grandmother and "chased after her" with determination knowing these were needed if he was going to post any sensible golf score. His love for the game was contagious! At an early age he would take me along to caddy for him and hit a few shots with my plastic club. As I watched "Papa" (as we called him) I saw a normally quiet man transform into this "magical golf wizard" and noticed that the people that played golf with him were excited about the things he could do with the golf ball and even more excited to spend time with him in "His Arena."
