Currently hold a lead shift supervisor position over TCN guard force and DOD civilians. Work and adapt SOP's to fit the needs of the military and other contracting teams. Over see all of the Force Protection aspects during my shift and advise other team members during operations. Correct and train others to help them better understand their job with minimal company downtime.

At COP Shocker I was responsible for all positions and equipment during my shift. Conducted guard mount to ensure the guards knew there standard and job according to present DCMA regulations. After 4 months of being a guard team supervisor I was promoted to a management level in charge of admin and training. In a management position I worked directly under the deputy site manager. I made sure pay, scheduling, and any other issues involving personnel were handle in a timely manner and efficiently. I ensured that all guards understood their positions by holding training 3 times a week. I also followed up with onsite training throughout the week to instill competency in the guards and xpats. I was tasked with payroll and inbound and outbound cash utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word. Doing payroll I checked over the site managers tasking and hourly tracker for over 50 personnel so that the company did not lose money do to fraud waste or abuse. I also was also in charge of daily and weekly reports, which involved supply, pay, and incident reports.At JSS Garry Owen I was emplaced as a shift leader who works directly under the site manager. As a shift lead I create schedules and shift timelines for class and group meetings. I work at all post including gates, Biometrics, tower supervisor, flight operations, and BDOC to help me better understand the daily demand of my workforce. For most of my time at Garry Owen I have been inside the BDOC to better provide over watch to each position. In flight operations we secured the airstrip outside the COS while VIP's and personnel where moved off the plane. We Also escorted VIP vehicles back inside the COS ensuring proper security from boots on ground. As force protection for the base we escort company VIP's to ensure a safe and reliable environment to conduct business operations. Inside the BDOC I work alongside of the military and make sure that my team and Torres as a company is doing there job to the costumers satisfaction.

8Worked as a Mechanical Repair Specialist at Fort Indiantown Gap where I was responsible and a daily basis for the repair and general maintenance of multiple different types of diesel engines and heavy motorized equipment. Completed and submitted work orders with the use of diagnostic equipment to ensure proper repairs were preformed. Inspected completed work orders to insure accuracy and no further faults need to be addressed. Located and recommended worn, dirty and poorly adjusted parts accordingly to management and costumers. Primary Duties: Repairs a variety of automotive, heavy mobile and powered supported equipment such as air conditioners, generators, air compressors, jeeps, cranes, tanks, trucks, tractors, forklifts, road graders, and bulldozers. Repairs five tons, two and a half tons, and trailers. Completes and tests work orders to assure no other faults are found. Locates worn, dirty or poorly adjusted parts. Completes necessary repairs such as cleaning carburetors and/or distributors. Makes idling and tapper adjustments, replaces and sets points and plugs. Replaces wheel cylinders, brake shoes, starters, cables, mufflers, generators, tires, voltage regulators, fuses, lights, and other like items. Removes, cleans, and replaces fuel tanks and radiators. Removes and replaces final drives, power packs, hub assemblies and road wheel arms. Replaces fluids by changing fluids and filters. Lubricates all required points. Performs daily and other preventive maintenance checks and services on equipment while maintained in the shop area. Performs minor repairs to all types or installed industrial machinery, such as power saws, drill presses, shapers, grinders, drilling machines, lathes, boring machines, universal die sinkers, engraving machines, and metal brakes. Ensures functionality of paint spray booths, electrical furnaces, and contour saw machines. Performs general maintenance of all machine tolls and other equipment.

Served as an Enlisted Soldier in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and preformed multiple assignments. Mainly assigned as personnel protection for military VIP's during transit between military installations in and around Iraq. As a PSD team member I was lead truck in motorcade operations. My team followed SOP's to provide accurate security standard to present ROE EOF. We used motorcade security tactics to react to contact and protect the principle at all cost. For dismounted Operations, we ensured security by using the diamond formation to protect the principle by all directions. My team ensured safe travel to the other FOB's and dismounted patrols for many senior enlisted and officers. I became proficient at the M240 B and the M2 (50 cal.)During vote and choke operations, I was part of the security element for the recovery teams for all units involved in the mission. Part of the missions were to set up voting booths for the 2010 elections in Mosul, Kurdistan and Baghdad, as well as to set up and secure traffic control points with 3rd infantry division along many highly traveled routes in Mosul, Kurdistan, and Baghdad. During construction of the Traffic Control Points, I was part of the cordon and secure team ensuring the VIP's in the area were safe during their visit to the sites.Some of my roles within the team were as an Electronics warefare Officer, Combat Medic, and weapons Instructor. As EWO I ensured that the counter IED systems were working properly and efficiently to TTP's. My role as combat medic was to keep up with the combat medical treatment standards and certificates, and be the first responder to my team if capable. As a weapons instructor I made sure that my convoy gun trucks weapons systems were operational and provided addition instructions to new soldiers and individuals not familiar with the weapon systems.
