I promised myself in 2015 that I would conquer my fear of failure. I did not want the thought of failure to stop me from living life to the fullest and giving everything my best attempt. These challenges I set for myself have changed me for the better and led me to grow and develop immensely as a person. To this day I am still setting challenges which keep me busy with developing further as a person. Without setting these challenges I would have never learned how to edit videos, fallen in love with poetry and spoken word. I never would have completed one of the most dangerous hikes in North America, done 38,500 push-ups in the span of 10 weeks, learned how to skateboard, or have made the decision to enter into two snowboarding competitions (I did not win any of the competitions but I had fun).I am a firm believer that growth begins at the end of your comfort zone. I became too comfortable with working as a seasonal worker for my previous jobs upon returning from college breaks, but now it is time for me to grow more. I became complacent working these positions and now it is time for a new chapter of my life to begin. I am nine total credits away from graduating with my Bachelor of Science in Communications.
