I was responsible for teaching, mentoring, making lesson plans, and writing report cards for my swim students. Ages of swim students ranged from ages 5-10. I worked both independently and collaboratively, with other instructors, when teaching. I also participated in parent-instructor interviews which involved having a 1-on-1 conversation with the parents of my students, where I would explain what areas their child was excelling at, as well as where improvement was still required.
