I am a housing professional with more than 5 years of cumulative experience in affordable housing finance, policy, and government administration. My work includes significant project management experience for new construction multifamily housing, preservation, and NYCHA PACT transactions. My career began in street outreach programs targeting those experiencing homelessness and connecting them with permanent affordable and supportive housing. After more than 3 years in direct practice, I moved to New York City and shifted my focus to affordable housing development and policy. My background in social work coupled with my experience in housing development gives me a unique perspective in the affordable housing industry. I approach my work with earnestness and a spirit of curiosity. My colleagues would describe me as attentive, collaborative, and a critical thinker. My ultimate goal is to leverage my experience to create and preserve more affordable housing for all New Yorkers
