Jonathan Wang is a senior consultant in providing IT solution advices in financial and banking industries since 2021. Before that, he had worked as a Client Trusted Advisor (CTA) for IBM Taiwan for 9 years in providing clients the technical advises on IT solutions and IT modernization which were then concluded with proposals of recommendations or solution offerings, through team-working with hardware/software brand teams and service teams. He experienced various job roles in IBM Taiwan began from 1990 till 2021, starting as IT engineer, IT architect, and later the CTA role in his IBM career. He is familiar with the skills of consulting methodology, architecture development and proposal writing, as well as the technical expertise in IBM mainframe (IBM Z) and open server technology. In addition to IBM Certified Architect (Level 2 Expert) and The Open Group Certification (Level 2 – Master Certified Solution Architect) certifications, he also passed several Linux-based certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, and Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers and Kubernetes, for keeping pace with the IT technology advancement.
