Responsible for all technical deliverables to the End User and coordination with US/Foreign Governments.Led technical requirements discussions during in-country contract negotiations and re-designed proposal with the customer to meet cost constraints. Meade as a potential non-GOTS solution for their 3rd Party Partners.Wrote numerous technical white papers to increase our international business within adjacent foreign markets. Supported OCONUS site deployments, including rack/stack and hardware/software integration with legacy systems. Set up infrastructure systems (network, storage, windows server services etc) and worked with the End Users to demonstrate the new system features.Lead engineer on prototyping effort in order to provide the End Users increased analytic capabilities, with a low-side machine to analyze OSINT and a hi-side version ingesting system data. Integrated a Big Data Analytics tool with current system databases and translation servers to provide a complete end-to-end solution. Designed system engineering work products and software specifications for the developers. Trade studied a variety of data translation products. Designed database schmea for the programmers to develop plug-ins into current system databases.

Hardware engineering lead on LM Census Business Practice and FAA DataComm program, responsible for cost/schedule/technical control and delivery of all hardware engineering work products. Main responsibilities include configuring and spec'ing out all hardware (servers, network, workstations, storage, etc) for the program. Work with architecture and systems engineering groups to re-design system segments based on customer and internal driven changes. Also in charge of the bill of materials, including translating engineering specifications to procurement and production control. Other hardware engineering work products responsible for include rack design, point to point cable connectivity diagrams and system architecture diagrams
