Throughout my work history,  I have accumulated many years of experience working as an electrician. I have been employed as foreman, solo electrician, and as a trainer. Quite frequently, the company that I was currently working for, would give me their new employees to train. I have experience in commercial, industrial and residential electrical installations. I am comfortable working off of prints, both digital and paper. I've worked at industrial processing plants, hospitals, military facilities, utility companies, food packing factories, airports and underground. I have experience terminating ADP's, ATS, PDU, UPS, CPC, PLC, MCC, switch gears and panel boxes, for example.

In this position, I was in charge of all night-time operations to include, holder of keys and codes to the store, including the safe. I maintained the security of the property and oversaw night-time crews, both in-house and third-party. I was responsible for receiving night-time trucks and assuring the accuracy of its’ manifest. I trained crew members, to include heavy equipment certification. I was directly responsible for creating a nightly plan which delegated tasks and evaluated performance. I implemented Company Protocols in the event of employee injury, damage to facility, Hazmat or fire scenario. I was responsible for hiring and writing employees up as needed.My reason for leaving this position: I was hired in February 2020 for a daytime position; the store manager asked me to temporarily fill the night-time position of Night- Ops Supervisor, with the understanding that I would return to my daytime position in due time. Eight months passed, that store manager resigned and the new manager did not honor the agreement, so I resigned.

I was a electrician and part-time musician. I played on stage, lead guitarist, as a freelance musician.

I started my own Residential/Commercial Renovation Business called “Just Like New LLC”. I oversaw all aspects of running the business to include acquiring, scheduling, bidding, and record-keeping of and for Jobs. I worked hands-on with the crews to ensure the best quality of workmanship. I have worked in, and/or overseen many aspects of construction to include plumbing, electrical, framing, roofing/waterproofing, WDO remediation, drywall, trim work, flooring, windows, tile work, doors, painting, use of heavy equipment, and more. I am experienced in writing bids, estimating labor/materials, billing, scheduling, documentation, and fostering good customer relations. I am proficient in the use of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. I closed my business for personal reasons that were beyond my control. When I closed the business we had a five star rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) & had expanded to two states, Maryland and Florida. We were also booked for at least the next year in both MD & FL. When I closed the Business we had zero complaints from our customers; NO customers in the history of my business ever reneged on timely payment. We never had a claim against our insurance ( Liability or Workers Comp ) and was in good standing with all Government agencies.

I remodeled “The Palms” in Atlantic Beach, Florida. During this remodel , I was responsible for the overseeing and/or completion of the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, tile and trim work, window and door replacement, design and installation of in house network, landscaping, grading and storm water management systems. While I was there, I also designed the signage and branding, for The Palms a Courtyard Inn, that is present until this day. After the remodel, I lived on-site and oversaw all maintenance and upkeep of the property. I worked there until I decided to start my own business, Just Like New LLC.

We performed commercial renovations in the local Beaches area. Duties included installing roofing and waterproofing systems, and heavy equipment operation. I worked with this company until their Jobs were completed and they returned to Illinois

My duties focused primarily on plumbing, but included all aspects of property maintenance. I apprenticed with him during the summer of 1996.

Frank Bradshaw was my uncle. I interned with him during the summer months from 1991 to 1995. During this time, I was taught by my uncle and assisted him in all phases of residential and commercial wiring, both old and new construction. He was a perfectionist who demanded nothing less of all of his employees.
