My role at Survey Operations is CAD Technician; I am responsible for the creation of 2D and 3D Technical Drawings of Building Floor Plans, Elevations, Cross Sections and Topographical. The Main method of producing these is from a 3D Scan Point Cloud file, I have also been trained in creating them from traditional tackied flies. One of the key things that I have learnt at survey operations is to work to a close tolerance guideline and to question any point of a survey that needs moving past set tolerance guidelines.

The Project that i did for HSW Media was to develop a contact database program that can allow the user to identify who has contacted them and what they discussed when they last spoke. All of the information that was entered in to the program was stored in spreadsheet that could be accessed outside of the program if required. I wrote the program in the Visual Basic programming language which is supported by a large number of Programs and Applications and can interface with most of them.
