Empowering entrepreneurs for the creative economy through the FamFrequency Productions fellowship the connects participants with the skills, resources and relationships to build streams of income through music.

Develop, Revise and Manage Academic programming that occurs after school and over summer for first-generation-to-college students. Create and foster relationships with local universities, organizations and businesses in efforts to partner for programming. Collect and analyze data in order to evaluate program effectiveness. Recommend revisions/pilots to class curricula, clubs and tutoring efforts as a result of data analysis. Hire and manage all instructional staff for 11 classes. Plan and develop gender-specific programming for the Young Men's Initiative - an initiative that targets the gender achievement gap amongst young men of color for 120 young men in our program.

Worked with clients to improve performance and progress towards goals by analyzing data and using this information to inform strategy. Projects ranged from school district-wide strategic plans for the Omaha Public School Board to improving data quality processes at the Office of the State Superintendent, Washington DC. I specialized in data analysis and presentation, and also community engagement, as stakeholder feedback was a large component to our strategic plans.

Managed two teams of Americorps service members as we worked to combat the high school dropout rates by providing academic and attendance interventions for students who were deemed "at-risk."

Taught secondary math at the Juanita Sanchez Educational Complex. I served as a math curriculum writer for the Providence Public School District, as we worked to align our curricula with the Common Core. I served on the Teach For America Leadership Council and worked to recruit Black and Latinx teachers educators.
