Experienced leader with a special talent for facilitating globally-located teams including both employees and vendors through all aspects of the software development and maintenance life-cycle. 22 years working in IT with focus primarily on Application Development, Delivery and Management. Started career with Wakefern Food Corporation in 1996 as a COBOL developer before moving to Lucent Technologies in 1997. After focusing first few years as an individual contributor and developer, moved into line manager functions in 2001. Through my years in Lucent, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia I have supported projects and applications for most corporate functions between Global Services, Corporate Centers, Finance, Supply Chain and Enterprise Reporting systems. From 2011 until 2018 working as Application Management Director supporting all of the operations for applications capabilities of the combined application portfolio for Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia. Moved to Enterprise Architecture supporting Infrastructure and Digital Workplace for goal to leverage my application background and processes to help drive standardization and long term plan for the underlying infrastructure components
