A dual role focused on the testing and implementation of both SAP software and new 'value added services': • Working closely with SAP consultants and department managers to gain an understanding of and test the new software with the intention of being able to train members of staff once the system is 'live'.• Responsible for leading the testing and development of a 'vehicle walk-around check' app and web portal to ensure that it can be successfully launched to the UK market.

A summer placement that provided me with a clear understanding of how various departments operate within a commercial business. Mainly focused on legal collections, admin and accounts.Task included:• Liaising with solicitors, liquidators and administrators regarding the debt of clients.• Maintaining an organised working environment by ensuring that all documentation was accurate and easily accessible.• Using Microsoft Excel and other computer software to document interactions with relevant parties, input data and communicate with colleagues.• Undertaking admin tasks such as activating and packing fuel cards to be sent to customers.
