As direct CTL liaison, I oversaw all internal & external processes forreferral work. I currently coach a collection of different teams on a regular basis each season at a multitude of levels. This requires strong organisational skills to plan out each session before it starts and leadership traits are vital to successfully teach the important points I try to get across including motivational exercises and inspiring a team spirit.

Though initially hired to be a food and beverages member in one of the food areas in the theme park I was promoted to a S.I.T. (Supervisor in Training) position during the Summer. My responsibilities as a team member included cash handling, proper food preparation, stock taking and customer service. As a S.I.T., I was also involved in the general management of the area helping the area run more efficiently, training new members and filling in at any stand in the area that needed help. I also had to deal with customer complaints which required quick thinking to find a solution on the spot relevant to any customer queries and problems.

As children’s coach, my tasks included teaching in and running both sports and arts and crafts classes to children varying ages between 4-13 years old. During school holidays I was also responsible for planning and coordinating activities for children’s camps. I was also trained in customer service and satisfaction for any queries or problems that may be asked and how to properly deal with difficult situations.

Responsible for serving a variety of drinks from pouring pints to mixing cocktails, stock management, training in new bartenders and monitoring the bar’s environment.
