Human Resources Noncommissioned Officer for the Army Reserve Element supporting Joint Combatant Command, US Transportation Command; advises element commander on strength levels of 38 senior grade officers and 21 enlisted personnel's readiness. Processing officer and non-commissioned officer evaluation reports; executes personnel actions to include discharges, reclassifications and requests for reassignments as well as Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System and responsible for various reports and spreadsheets.

Recruits, determines applicant enlistment eligibility, counsels applicants on enlistment programs and options, prepares enlistment applications and processes qualified applicants to enlist in the Army and Army Reserves; accounts for and prepares Future Soldiers for initial entry training; implements and conducts Army awareness programs throughout an area covering 402 square miles with a population of 277,318; maintains a network of influencers to include parents, educators, and community officials in 11 high schools, five colleges; as well as two reserve units in local area; responsible for $20,000 worth of government equipment. Additional appointed duties of Army Reserve Unit Liaison and Supply NCO.

Human Resources NCO for Detachment 1 8th Brigade providing admin support for Army Reserve Soldiers assisting with ROTC instructor duties at colleges in the Great Lakes area.

Serves as Operations NCO for the newly formed Army Field Support Battalion-Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom; responsible for daily preparation of Army Field Support Battalion, Afghanistan Situational Report, Commander's Daily Snapshot product, Combined Joint Task Force-76 Commander's Update Brief and notes preparation, Intelligence analysis and reporting to AFSBn-AF S3.

Analyzes contents of message and determines what contigency, if any, message relates to, if messages should be designated as ACTION/INFO/RESPONSE/LEAN FORWARD; Determines the headquartes elements(s) responsible for performing the action and/or those elements that should reciev it as a Lean Forward or Information recipient; Assigns suspense dates to Tasker; Reviews documents for correct spelling and syntax; Ensures Taskers are captured in the message tracking system and the current Battle Captain is informed.
