Been with Walmart for 22 years. Have worked in many different environments, store volumes, and positions throughout my years with Walmart. Strive each day to represent the Walmart Brand and making customer experience within the stores as best as possible. Work with over 300 associates on a weekly basis to develop them to becoming future leaders with Walmart. Accountable to metrics on a daily basis that helps drive processes and procedures within a store to drive sales, profit, and customer experience. Monthly reviews of inventory management and profit/loss statements to figure out what is working and what is not working. Looking for continuation of working with Walmart or an opportunity to learn with a new company to further my knowledge in the industry. Wanting to continue learning and becoming better, as a leader, that ultimately will help drive better associates within the company.
