My passion is Business Transformation through the use of technology.I have over 25 years experience as an IT professional, the majority of which has been spent working for some of the leading names in the industry, servicing blue-chip clients from the financial services sector and other industries.Over this time I have been involved in numerous larger projects and have developed a widespread knowledge of the overall Business Transformation processes, over and above just the IT side of a project.To enable me to combine these skills sets more productively, in 2011 I established my own independent consultancy, which gave me the ability to take on more varied work, including local authorities and other community-related projects, and also to look at more entrepreneurial opportunities within the wider sector.I now work for a variety of successful businesses of varying sizes – but the key things I bring to each of my clients are:►Enabling them to use IT as the catalyst for wider strategic change within their business.►Managing complex stakeholder relationships at different levels within the wider business, ensuring full and open dialogue.►Successful project delivery – through exercising good judgement, based on years of experience, coupled with rigorous analysis & critical thinking.For any business, regardless of size, it is vital that you fully embrace the technology you have at your finger tips and use this to improve your overall processes, customer satisfaction and, of course, bottom line – and I would be delighted to help you achieve these goals!!Importantly, I also have a large trusted professional network and so can bring in associated IT professionals with confidence, where required.I also act as a Governor of a local high school - Ofsted rated as outstanding - where I am currently the Chair of the Governing Body.
