I am an attentive listener and collaborate effectively within my team and immediate colleagues, and with all stakeholders in Sales, Delivery, PMO, Development, Operations, Support, Innovation, Finance and at senior levels in customer organisations.Management:• Manage Consulting team across Europe (UK, Spain, France, Germany, Poland)• Defining and monitoring individual responsibilities and objectives; coaching, developing, building and motivating the team to achieve delivery excellence• Act as conduit to prioritise, interpret and clarify application of company policy• Develop experienced talent and select and onboard new recruitsInnovation:• Continually seek to streamline and optimise our solution and delivery strategies• Collaborate with global teams, stakeholders and process experts to develop strategic initiatives• Engage with Industry CloudSuites to associate SCP processes• Define project methodology deliverables to provide accelerated ‘Time to Value’ initiativesSolution Architect:• Act as SME Solution Architect to work with all stakeholders in complex Cloud based multi-module SCP solutions• Act as Senior Advisor for Project Delivery to steer and support internal and customer stakeholders• Conduct SCP Engage processes to qualify architecture, scope, process, and estimation• Define Use Case and Change documentation and estimations• Define architectural landscapes for integration with multiple ERP - M3, LN, SAP• Execute Project Management function for distinct complex SCP multi-module projects• Bridge between all business functions to ensure effective delivery.
