Performed worldwide (AW) Aviation Warfare Systems Operator & Rescue Swimmer/Crew Chief duties and special operations missions from the Sikorsky MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter. Flew approximately 1020 mishap-free flight hours including 130 flight hours (Centurion) with night vision goggles. Planned, administered, and managed training and qualifications for 40 rescue swimmers ensuring 100% mission and training squadron readiness as the command’s search & rescue (SAR) standardization Instructor for HSC-26's Tactics/SAR Department. Served as a crew leader in the operations department as an in-flight mission crew chief and aircrew supervisor, responsible for writing and coordinating flight schedules, ensuring safety of flight operations conducted from the MH-60S on flights, and organizing, managing, and instructing over 100 hours of combined aircrew classroom and rescue swimmer pool training. Ensured standards were implemented when new, and qualifications renewed and maintained for fellow squadron aircrew. Trained as an (AT3) aviation electronics technician for the MH-60s.
