A cheerful guy, who loves problem solving and pushing my limits. I enjoy working on information related problems and look to work in the biotechnology sector one day. I'm a avid rock climber, and have dabbled in snow boarding. I have been the chairperson of the wits university mountain club (WUMC) and have a passion for teaching the art of climbing and introducing people to the outdoors.I was a competitor in the CSIR national student cluster competition 2023, which involved designing and optimizing a high-performance computing (HPC) system to run scientific benchmarks in order to test the efficiency of the system. Since then, I have become passionate about developing HPC within the WITS HPC Interest Group, where I train other students in the ways of HPC.I have been involved in scouting since 2010, and went through many leadership experiences, as well as staffing the Gilten PLTU (Patrol Leaders Training Unit) in order to train the leaders of the future. I have also served on the crew council for 1st Horison Knights rover crew.
