Apexon is a digital engineering services businesses serving large healthcare, financial services and technology clients. We acquired an initial business in Silicon Valley and then grew it rapidly through both organic transformation as well as additional acquisitions. The business now provides user experience (UI/UX, commerce); engineering (QE/automation, cloud, product/platform); and data (foundation, analytics, and AI/ML) from onshore and offshore delivery teams.

Everise is an outsourced customer experience provider, serving major corporate customers in healthcare, travel, technology, and financial services. We significantly grew and improved the profitability of the business, later selling it to Warburg Pincus for around US$1 billion.
