Jonathan Feist is a writer/editor, composer/songwriter, publishing administrator, and educator. He has helped produce hundreds of books, instructional videos, online courses, and other products about music, business, and culture, and has authored several books, hundreds of articles, and two accredited college-level online courses, including the online courses "Project Management for Musicians" and "Music Notation with Finale" for Berklee Online, where he has taught since 2002. He is also author of the books "Berklee Contemporary Music Notation" (Berklee Press 2017), "Project Management for Musicians" (Berklee Press/Hal Leonard, 2013) and "Music Industry Forms" (Berklee Press, 2014), and co-author of Essential Songwriter (with Jimmy Kachulis; Berklee Press, 2004) and the Berklee Practice Method teacher's Guide (with Matt Marvuglio; Berklee Press, 2004). He has taught over 2,500 students. Jonathan founded the Gloucester Songwriters Circle in 2022.
