Upgraded existing controls for groundwater wells, sewer lift stations, and open channel canal siphons. Built and installed new controls backpane’s and installed Rotork IQ3 actuators. Performed calibrations on Swan AMI Trides chlorine analyzers, Swan Turbiwell turbidity analyzers, Hach SC200 controllers with chlorine, LDO, MLSS, and ph sensors, and HF Scientific CLX chlorine analyzers. Also calibrated Rosemount 3051 dp pressure transmitters and verified flow readings for Rosemount 8750W magnetic flow meters. Installed VEGAPULS 6X and VEGAPULS C11 level radars. Calibrated MSA Ultima X500 and Honeywell MK2 gas detectors for methane, chlorine, and SO2 gas. Performed troubleshooting for electrical issues on control systems (24V and 120V). Used EAM software to manage work orders and company assets.

Greater Houston

Integrated new PLC controls onto preexisting 480V motor controls. Integration included digital inputs, digital outputs, analog inputs, analog outputs, Ethernet communication, and RS 485 communications. Troubleshoot PLC integration with SCADA systems for City of Houston ground water well sites. Read controls schematics to perform terminations on motor control panels. Performed terminations on Endress Hauser Promag W 400 magmeters at Northeast Water Purification Plant. Installed and programmed Pulsar Ultra 4 ultrasonic level meter at East Water Purification Plant. I calibrated Rosemount 3051 differential pressure transmitters for venturi flow meters at City of Houston customer site in the petrochemical industry and have experience with safety and work permitting in a petrochemical plant environment. Calibrated and programmed Krohne 3070 Waterflux, and IFC 300 magmeter transmitters, as well as Siemens Sitrans FM MAG 8000 for City of Houston metering department. I also assisted with inventory. Finally I performed maintenance on motors and switchgear up to 480V
